About  Andrew

Men’s work found me just in time.

At 27, I was slowly destroying myself—smoking constantly, binge-eating, numbing out with pornography. On paper, I was doing fine. I had a job, a band, a social life. But inside, I was depressed, disconnected, and lost.

The first turning point came when a friend invited me to a men’s weekend.

For the first time, I experienced real brotherhood—men who were honest, grounded, and doing the work. I finally felt like I belonged. That experience cracked me open.

Over the next several years, through men’s work (MKP, Sacred Sons), therapy, and addiction recovery, I began to rebuild my life. I faced my shadows, cleaned up my habits, and stepped into a deeper sense of responsibility and integrity as a man.

I grew up.

Then life brought me into the next initiation.

I got married. I became a father.

And under the weight of that responsibility, I started to buckle.

My health began to fail. I developed IBS and debilitating back pain. My body was breaking down, and I could feel how unsustainable things had become.

That was the second turning point.

Through a committed yoga practice, I rebuilt my body from the ground up. I healed my gut, resolved my back pain, and developed a daily discipline that brought me back into strength, stability, and control.

This wasn’t just physical—it changed how I showed up in every part of my life.

As a man.
As a partner.
As a father.

Along the way, I trained deeply in yoga (RYT-500 at Viniyoga Institute) and coaching, and began sharing this work with men who were struggling in the same ways I had.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of those two paths:

Brotherhood and embodiment.

I guide men to:

  • Get out of pain
  • Regulate their nervous systems
  • Build consistency and discipline
  • Show up more fully for their families and their lives

It’s my honor to facilitate men’s embodiment work—online and in person—for individuals and groups.
