Pelvic Vitality Training — a 16-week practice for men
Tight hips. A pelvic floor that never fully switches on or off. Breath that stays shallow and chaotic under stress. These aren't minor physical quirks. They're a slow leak on your energy, your focus, and your presence with the people who need you most.
Who This Is For
The busy dad
He's in his 40s, he doesn't have an hour to spend at the gym, and he's tired of scattered fixes. He wants one practice, done at home or the office, that actually covers his health.
The man who's falling behind
He watched his own father fall apart physically late in life, and now he's seeing it in his own n health, maybe a rising PSA or chronic pain, maybe his partner leveling up her health and wellness and leaving him in the dust. Before he adds another invasive or pharmaceutical fix and gets on that one-way street, he wants to give a natural, daily practice a real shot at producing the results first. He wants something low impact, no frills, that hits the real risk factors head on.
The seeker
He's already done the inner work, maybe the esoteric and spiritual side of things, maybe journey work, rites of passage, or men's work. He knows the philosophy. What he's missing is the daily movement and breath practice that puts all of it deeper into his body.
The athlete
He's already fit, possibly a gym rat, maybe he even has a yoga teacher training. His body is dialed in, but he's never experienced a fully integrated practice, one where the movement, the breath, and the emotional and inner work all live together. He wants his physical practice to go deeper into his heart, not just deeper into his body.

What this Actually Fixes
This isn't a stretching routine. It's a rigorous, inside-out somatic training built to optimize the physical engines of masculine health.
Testosterone. Specific structural and breath work that raises your baseline vitality without a single supplement.
Sexual performance. The physical and energetic control that gives you stamina, presence, and staying power in bed.
Back pain and chronic tension. Men in this work have resolved decades-old pain in weeks, not years.
Anxiety and reactivity. A nervous system that can actually settle, so you stop needing a drink, a screen, or a vice to get there.
Where Men Actually Stand
Here are the stats nobody tells you until you're already in the waiting room.
1 in 4
Male deaths in the U.S. are caused by heart disease, the leading killer of men. Half the men who die suddenly of it had no previous symptoms.
3–5 yrs
How far in advance erectile dysfunction can show up before a heart attack or stroke. Often the first warning sign, not a separate problem.
Up to 40%
Of men already experience some degree of erectile dysfunction by their 40s, climbing roughly another 10 points with each decade after.
1 in 8
Men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in his lifetime. It's the second-leading cause of cancer death in American men.
~23% → 47%
Autopsy studies find prostate cancer cells in roughly 1 in 4 men in their 40s, and nearly half of men over 80, most never diagnosed while alive.
Prevention works
Most of the major risk factors here are preventable through daily practice, not a pill you take once symptoms show up.

None of this happens to a man in isolation, either. An estimated 16 million American men meet the criteria for a substance use disorder in a given year, roughly 4 in 10 adults are living with obesity, and primary care physicians miss depression in men more than half the time it's actually there. Men are quietly carrying all of this alone. That's exactly why this isn't a solo practice. We are on this journey together.

Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Science
This training combines embodiment practices that go back thousands of years with what we now know about the nervous system and modern medicine. Truly, this is a movement of men remembering how to take care of themselves.
This is a direct, physical protocol for a man's spine, breath, and pelvic floor, and the mindset work that has to happen alongside it for any of it to stick.

Why Now
The world we know isn't going to look the same in a year. Technology is accelerating and organic intelligence is accelerating at an equal pace. Machines can outsource your thinking, but they cannot outsource your embodiment.
I've spent the last year testing this market, and here's what I keep finding. Do a search for resources on men's pelvic health and almost everything that comes back falls into one of three buckets: 1) women's pelvic health content, 2) hormone replacement clinics, or 3) pornography. That's it. We men are asleep at the wheel and insanely unsupported in this realm. It only becomes a topic once something has already failed, and even then the answer is a prescription, a procedure, or nothing at all.
This training is that missing piece.

The New Gold Standard
Whatever got you through the last decade of your life probably isn't going to be effective for the next one. That's not a problem, it's a sign you're ready for a practice with more depth and maturity.
Material gains and peak experiences are not the answer. Here's what actually matters:
- Are you adaptable and open-minded in these changing times, or are you getting more rigid and bitter?
- Do the people that matter love being in your presence?
- Are you intimately in touch with your needs and boundaries, and do you know how to communicate them with proper timing and with love?
- Are you fully honest about your shortcomings, or do you hide them away?
- Are you becoming more of the authentic you, or drifting from your true nature?
- Are you connected to a sense of purpose or mission in your life that fills you with energy each and every day?
- Do you know how to work the kinks out of your spine without needing a massage, chiropractor, or therapist?
- Can you sit still and simply be with your thoughts and with boredom?
- Do you know how to regulate your nervous system using simple breath?
- Are you intimately aware of your primary trigger response? Do you get aggressive, run away, turn into Mr. Nice Guy, or just freeze?
- And most importantly, are you a wellspring of love: both giving and receiving?
Your brutal honesty in your answers to these questions are the new gold standard. Not just for yourself as a man, but for yourself as a human.
Why I Built This
As human beings we have the incredible ability to change, no matter our age, or how ingrained we believe our programming to be.
I know this first hand as a man who has been reborn a few key times in my life.
For the first half of my life I was so disconnected from my body, my spine and my sexuality that I fully believed I was broken and unloveable. I numbed the pain, ran away and hurt a number of people along the way. Therapy and recovery groups helped, but only took me so far.
I've paid a high price for many of the careless choices I've made. I spent 5 years building a business and lost it overnight to a hacker. I spent another 5 years working a corporate sales job that left me burnt out and depressed. I watched my marriage fall apart in front of my eyes. I've experienced the hell of addiction. I've suffered through years of autoimmune disease and debilitating back pain. Some of it happened to me, but most of it I caused myself, through my own stubbornness and neglect.
I'm by no means perfect or fully healed now. But I have broken the heaviest cycles of self abuse. Importantly, and this is the real gold, I've found gratitude for each and every one of these lessons. The trials have humbled me. The suffering has deepened my compassion and gratitude.
While I know I have room to grow, I'm happy with the man that I've become. I sleep well at night knowing that I'm a present and loving parent to my daughter and a solid co-parent to my ex. I've cleaned up the messes that I made in past relationships, healed my body and stopped self destructing. I have men's work and daily movement, breathing and meditation to thank for that. Therapy too. It's been a windy path, and I'm here to share some of the gold at the end with you.
The 16-Week Path
1-8
Spine and breath foundations
A progressive spine and breath practice. Each week adds a new plane of movement and a new spinal direction, building until you've trained all five. By week 8 you're holding a full integrated practice with breath and meditation built in.
9-16
Emotion, mindset and the pelvic floor
This is where the deeper work happens. You'll work with breath retention and control, learn the core pelvic floor locks, and move through the four emotions every man carries and rarely gets taught to handle: shame, fear, anger, and sadness. Each one gets its own week, its own practice, and its own truth to carry forward. You'll close with a belief-level reset: change what you believe about yourself, and the rest follows.
Always open, never alone.
This isn't a class you enroll in once a year and then wait. You can start any week. Some men will be further along than you. That's the point, not a problem. They become the ones who show you the ropes, the way someone showed them. Everyone still meets in the same weekly sessions and trains the fundamentals together, wherever they are in the 16 weeks.

Potent, efficient sessions wherever you are.
The Sacrifice
After we've built some rhythm together, you'll be asked to make an offering: a real commitment, for the rest of the program, to let go of one habit that no longer serves you. Something that used to protect you but doesn't anymore. The brotherhood holds you to it the whole way through.
Men in this work have used that moment to quit drinking for good, leave a relationship that was quietly poisoning them, or simply delete that app that is wrecking their nervous system. Only you will know what the right sacrifice for you is to make. You will not be pressured, guided or forced in any way: this has to come from you.

This program will never ask more of you than you're ready for. Just this:
—Do the practices.
—Take in the teachings.
—Do the journal work.
—Show up for your brothers.
The Practice Changes Your Space, Too
Claiming 20 to 30 minutes on your mat every day, at home or in the office, does something most men don't expect: it creates a boundary. Men tell me all the time they can't do a 6am practice because their kids would be crawling all over them, or they can't focus at home because the dog won't leave them alone. That's rarely actually about the kid or the dog. It's a sign there's a conversation you've been avoiding.
Claiming your sacred space feels like a stretch at first. Then it becomes one of the more direct paths to healing in your relationships. When you set a clear boundary and ask for what you need, you model it for everyone around you, your family, your housemates, your office. That gives them permission to do the same, and it opens the door for them to start asking you for what they need too.
It also gives you somewhere to put your body and your attention besides the usual defaults: scrolling, snapping at your family, compulsively cleaning, checking out with a substance, or sinking into the couch with bad posture. Once you have a real alternative, and a place where you're allowed to move and breathe, it shifts the whole rhythm of your house. That can shake things up. In a good way.
What Men Walk Away With
This is the proof, not the pitch. Men who've done this work have:

In Their Own Words
The program helped me get control of my body back. Andrew knows how to push me to get more out of myself every time, and he's just as good at getting my mind to a calm place as he is at the physical work.
Dave — Baja 500 Racer, Serial Entrepreneur, Father
This work is deep. It'll take me a long time to fully integrate it, and I'm ready for that.
John — Father, Husband, Uber Driver
I walked away with a deeper knowing of my own worth. Being seen, and seeing other men do the work, is the medicine.
Dakota — Personal Trainer, Afghanistan Veteran
I'm more conscious of my breathing now, and I can feel a real shift in where I hold tension versus ease.
Dan — Yoga Teacher, Entrepreneur

About the Facilitator
Andrew Belinsky has been practicing yoga since 2005, when he first stepped onto the mat in an Ashtanga class at UC Berkeley. What began as a physical practice became something far more profound, over the years, yoga and the lifestyle it inspires helped him heal chronic sciatica, IBS, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Not manage them. Heal them.
In 2012 he discovered Viniyoga, the classical therapeutic tradition of Krishnamacharya, and found his true home. He completed his 500-hour certification with master teachers Gary Kraftsow and Juris Zinbergs at Mount Madonna in Santa Cruz.
Since then Andrew has shared this work with thousands of students at retreats, through online programs, and in his home community of Bend, Oregon, where he lives, raises his daughter, and co-stewards intentional community.
He founded Masculine Embodiment because he knows firsthand what happens when a man finally comes home to his body. Everything changes, his health, his relationships, his presence, his capacity to lead. That transformation is what he's here to guide.
